University of Sunderland’s netball seconds have lost three out of their six matches so far this season, and Rosie Bradley believes the lack of communication within the squad is the reason why.
The Wearsiders are joint fourth in the BUCS league on nine points following their victory over Teesside last Wednesday.
Despite the win, Bradley has called for better communication between the players.
“I think it’s important we work on our communication the night before as we don’t usually have a full team and it’s becoming a problem this year,” said the Netball vice-captain.
Sunderland started the season off brightly with two wins in their first three league games. However, before their victory over Teesside, the netball side had faced three straight defeats.
Bradley said: “I think as a team we just need to keep our heads up and give it our all. In our last few games we were short of a full team which left us with a disadvantage.”
