Sunderland West End will once again try and play their Durham Trophy match this Saturday at 1.30pm at Ford Quarry against Gateshead Rutherford as their last two meetings in the last two weeks have been postponed due to bad weather conditions.

Rutherford have announced on their Twitter page that Durham FA have stated that if the West End’s pitch is unplayable this Saturday then the Cup match could be played in Gateshead.

Every single quarter-final match of the Durham Trophy has been postponed last weekend and now Hartlepool and Boldon CA will try again and fight for the place in the semi-final as well as Gateshead Leam Rangers against Silksworth Colliery Welfare and West Auckland Tunns versus Coxhoe Athletic.

There are also five Wearside League games scheduled.

Leaders Cleator Moor Celtic face Darlington Reserves away from home while the derby of the weekend will be played at Green Lane where third-placed Redcar Athletic is going to face second-placed Hebburn Town Reserves.

At the other end of the table, there are also some interesting clashes as last-placed Prudhoe Town face Wolviston away from home. Windscale is going to play on their own ground against South Shields Reserves while Stokesley could move from 16th to 15th if they win all three points away against Annfield Plain.
