North East pro Graeme Storm this week managed a 10th placed finish at the Nedbank Challenge in South Africa.

Storm shot a decent first round 69, with an eagle and four birdies, to put himself in contention.

However a second round 75 soon put him back in the middle of the pack, as he made five bogeys and a double.

Storm was able to salvage  his tournament over the weekend, with two rounds under par, shooting 70 and 71.

Storm finished three under par for the whole tournament, bagging €121,899, his fourth largest pay-out this season.

Storm was able to follow up on his success in South Africa, when he won the South African Open earlier in the year.

Storm now qualifies for the European Tour Race to Dubai Tour Championship this weekend ,  as he currently sits 36th in the Race to Dubai.
