Sunderland’s 1sts atoned for the 3rd’s humiliating defeat yesterday as they comfortably dispatched of Manchester Met’s 3rd team, 82-44.

A Jokic-esque performance from Sunderland’s big man Justas Seseglis saw him pick up a number of assists, many to Lukas Butvilas who scored 22 on the night.

The game remained fairly competitive in the opening half, with the first two quarters ending 19-10 and 37-25.

It was the 3rd quarter where the Wearsiders began to pull away with some great passes from Seseglis creating many open looks for his teammates, such as this…

The Wearsiders began 4th quarter with a 32-point lead and didn’t let up there and made sure they finished the game with a comfortable margin, much to the dismay of the Manchester players…

Sunderland mustn’t let themselves get overconfident though, as they host local rivals Teesside next week at CitySpace.
