Josh Rock hits nine-darter on home soil as Stephen Bunting picks up first nightly win – Premier League Darts Night Four: Belfast
The Bullet beat Luke Humphries, Jonny Clayton and Gian van Veen to pick up his first points of the campaign.
Match 1: Luke Littler vs Jonny Clayton
The Nuke arrived in Belfast on the back of picking up the first Poland Euro Tour, beating Gian van Veen in the final.
Clayton was in similar form to last week and after the opening three legs had a 3-0 lead.
The 19-year-old fired back, however the Ferret got over the line and extended his quarter-final record to four out of four.
Result: Littler (95.53) 3-6 (96.16) Clayton
Match 2: Stephen Bunting vs Luke Humphries
Bunting ended his Premier League winless run against the World #2.
Cool Hand missed nine darts and double, and Bunting checked out two 100+ finishes including a 143 checkout.
Humphries’ Premier League title defence has yet to really get under way with the reigning champ yet to reach a final and faces Michael van Gerwen in Cardiff next week.

Match 3: Michael van Gerwen vs Gerwyn Price
Van Gerwen led 3-1 and 5-3 but failed to see off Price.
The Iceman sent the game to a last-leg decider before stealing the last leg to pick up another two points.
Price averaged over a ton and stayed in the game reeling off a 10-dart leg in leg 10 to send the game to a last-leg decider, which he went onto win to book his place in the semi-finals.
Result: van Gerwen (94.06) 5-6 (100.88) Price
Match 4: Gian van Veen vs Josh Rock
Van Veen continued his Premier League debut in style with three 100+ checkouts including a 167 in leg four.
The Giant roared into a 5-1 lead, before a moment of magic from Rock.
The local hero took out double-12 for a sensational nine-darter in leg seven, but is still yet to pick up a point on debut and sits at the foot of the table.
Result: van Veen (96.08) 6-2 (91.05) Rock
Semi-final 1: Clayton vs Bunting
The Bullet blew away the Ferret with a whitewash in the opening semi-final.
Bunting again averaged over 106 and again hit two 100+ checkouts missing just three darts at double.
The Ferret was only able to have two chances for a leg and failed on both attempts with the Bullet easing through to the final.
Result: Clayton (90.04) 0-6 (106.09) Bunting
Semi-final 2: Price vs van Veen
Price took a 2-0 lead breaking throw in leg one.
After eight legs, the pair were tied at four-all and Van Veen hit 112 to take the lead.
Price took out twelve to send the game to a last-leg decider with van Veen taking out 64 to win the match.
The Dutchman booked his place into a third final in just four weeks of Premier League action.

Final: Bunting vs van Veen
Bunting won five of the opening six legs to lead 5-1 with van Veen taking leg seven for 5-2.
The Bullet wrapped up the match on tops for a first nightly win and a huge five points moving him up to fifth in the table.
Despite Bunting missing eight darts at double, van Veen was only able to have six attempts with a 33.33% losing all three finals he’s reached so far this season.
