Northstar boxer has successful comeback fight
Tanesha Armbruster recently had her first fight in two years after a long time spent away from the sport, she’s been training hard these past few months and travelled to Spennymoor to box on their home show against Thea Caine.
As the first bell sounded Armbruster came out with a point to prove immediately becoming the aggressor but was met in the middle of the ring by Caine, proving this fight was going to be a clash of the same style. Both girls would immediately put everything on display trading blow for blow.
The second bell would ring and both fighters were visibly worn already and Armbruster would trade the charging in for a more calculated approach choosing to fire a combination off after the jab, while Caine still chose to dive in headfirst with a near reckless abandon.
Finally the third round would start and Caine would come out the other corner clearly exhausted while Armbruster was the calmer, more collected of the two.
As the girls met in the middle one last time Armbruster was a clear and more confident aggressor bullying Caine round the ring for the last two minutes with Caine occasionally only managing a lazy jab.
Armbruster would win on a unanimous decision taking home a well earned victory after confidently winning the second and third round. Bringing her record to 2-0.
