In his new role as Team Sunderland, student engagement officer, Dan Kendal is hoping to leave a legacy.
Currently on an internship at the University of Sunderland after completing his degree in sports coaching, the 25-year-old has big dreams for sports at the university and his hoping to leave something behind that can be improved upon in years to come.
Born and raised in Sunderland, Dan thoroughly enjoyed his time at the North East institution and is happy to now be working at the university that gave him his foundation.
