‘Learning Curve’ for Sunderland Cricket team
University of Sunderland cricket team found the going tough over the last two weekends as they competed in the BUCS indoor cricket tournament.
Talking to skipper Andy Craig after the tournament, he noted that in spite of the strings of defeats the Sunderland boys still gave a good showing of themselves and will certainly learn from this tournament.
Playing at the Durham County indoor facility, the team showed promising signs but were unable to get any points on the board once the Northern League stage came to an end.
