Preview: Premier League Darts Night Four – Belfast
Josh Rock heads home to Northern Ireland in search of his first Premier League win on Night Four of the Premier League Darts.
Match 1: Luke Littler vs Jonny Clayton
In a repeat of last week’s second semi-final, the world #1 comes up against the Ferret.
Jonny Clayton ran riot last time out in Glasgow and obliterated Luke Littler 6-1.
The Nuke received a Bye to the semi-final due to the absence of Michael van Gerwen.
The 19-year-old didn’t get going and was punished by Clayton, who picked up all five points on the night.
Littler ran riot in the first ever Poland Euro Tour at the weekend picking up the title beating Gian van Veen 8-4 in the final.
My prediction: Littler 6-4 Clayton
Match 2: Stephen Bunting vs Luke Humphries
Bunting’s search for some points still goes on.
The Bullet suffered a 6-3 defeat to van Veen last time out.
Luke Humphries also suffered defeat to van Veen in Glasgow, losing a last-leg decider in the semi-finals.
The pair have met 23 times with Humphries coming out on top 15 times and has won the last three meetings.
Bunting’s last win over Cool Hand was a last leg decider in a European Tour last year.
My prediction: Bunting 3-6 Humphries
Match 3: Michael van Gerwen vs Gerwyn Price
Van Gerwen is set to return to action in Belfast and takes on Gerwyn Price in a repeat of the Antwerp final.
Both players pulled out of the Poland Darts Open, due to medical reasons.

Price suffered defeat to eventual nightly winner Clayton last time out.
The Welshman only managed three legs and was unable to add any more points to his name.
My prediction: van Gerwen 4-6 Price
Match 4: Gian van Veen vs Josh Rock
Rocky will be hoping to impress the Belfast crowd and put the last three weeks behind him.
The world #9 has suffered three consecutive 6-2 defeats and is up against the world #3 in van Veen.
The Dutch superstar has already reached two finals so far this campaign and will be wanting to add more points to his tally.
The pair have met nine times with van Veen winning the first five and Rock winning the last four.
The Giant hit his first televised nine-darter in the final in Poland.
My prediction: van Veen 4-6 Rock
