Night Thirteen Preview: Premier League Darts
By Alfie Adams
Tonight Liverpool plays host to the Premier League as darting masterminds collide once again.
Order of play
Luke Littler vs Gerwyn Price
Littler comes into this clash against the Iceman with disappointment after crashing out of the quarter-finals in Rotterdam at the hands of Michael Smith, who is in red-hot form. Gerwyn Price compounded Rob Cross’ woes as he beat Voltage 6-3 before falling to the hands of the bully boy Michael Smith.

Luke Humphries vs Nathan Aspinall
These two met in Rotterdam last week where Nathan Aspinall beat Luke Humphries 6-4 to climb back into the top four. ‘The Asp’ ultimately ended up winning that night. Despite losing out on the night, ‘Cool Hands’ Humphries still sits at the top of the Premier League, joint on 26 points with Luke Litler.
Peter Wright vs Michael Van Gerwen
Snakebite had yet another disappointing day at the office as he fell to the world No. 4 Nathan Aspinall 6-2, in the quarter-finals. Van Gerwen too fell on home soil in the quarter finals to the world No. 1 Luke Humphries 6-4, silencing the arena in Rotterdam.

Michael Smith vs Rob Cross
It was more distress for Rob Cross as the Iceman Gerwyn Price beat him 6-3 last week to close the gap over the former world champ. It was a different story for Michael Smith, who made the Rotterdam final last week losing out to Nathan Aspinall.
